Paula Waggoner-Aguilar is an award-winning entrepreneur and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Texas CPA, and a former Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 planning, finance, and accounting executive. For more than 30 years, she has been helping private and public companies develop, start up, and/or launch new services or product lines, grow, change, and revitalize their investments in:

Most clients begin their service by having Paula and her team analyze and review their organization’s financial health and business performance with them. As part of this review, Paula generally offers recommendations, talks through your business plan and current strategy, and she can create budgets and build forecasts if needed.
